Frequently Asked Questions for Bioeconomy Connect
Q. How do I submit a Listing?
A. First, click on Post a Listing on the top right hand menu of bioeconomyconnect.com, you’ll see a login page which you can use if you have already registered; otherwise, click on register to establish a free listing account. You will be taken back to the listing form. You can (after you register) return to bioeconomyconnect.com to add a profile at a later time, complete one you’ve started, modify and existing profile, or delete it.
Q. What if I wish to modify or delete my listing?
A. To modify a listing, click the login button on the top right hand menu. After logging in, you will see an option to review your listing under your account name via the top right hand menu, it’s a drop-down menu. Click, then modify or delete at any time.
Q. Can my listing appear in more than one category?
A. Yes! Once you have created your listing, log in to Bioeconomy Connect using the user ID and password you set up at registration. In the far upper left hand corner of the page you will see the worlds “Bioeconomy Connect” against a black background, click on that, you will be taken to an Advanced Editing screen, and on the left hand menu click on Ads, you will see your company name. Hover over that with your mouse and you’ll see an Edit option, click there, and the advanced editing screen will open. On the column on the right you will see all the categories listed, just check the category boxes you are interested in, then click on the blue Update button. To summarize: Bioceconomy Connect >Edit> check the additional categories you want >Update. We have some screen shots below that will be helpful showing the position of the Bioeconomy Connect clickable link (above the logo) in the first screen shot, where to click on the Admin screen to view the listing (second screen shot), and the location of the categories area on the advanced editing screen (third screen shot).
Q. What size should my logo (image) be?
A. 750×500 pixels is recommended, 72 dots per inch (DPI). Any image in a 3:2 aspect ration will work, try to keep file size below 40KB for faster internet page speeds.
Q. How long can my profile be?
You can make your profile any length you wish. Do try and keep it as concise as you feel a customer would like it to be.
Q. Can I put links in my profile?
A/ Yes, web links can be added to your profile, in addition to the web address which will be shown in the Key Data section of your profile.
Q. Can I measure how many views my profile is receiving?
A. Yes, there is a Views counter on the site, you can see it when you look at the profile.
Q. How do I count clicks coming to my website from my profile, or from marketing efforts to drive traffic to my profile?
A. If you invest in a promotion program, we will be measuring and reporting on clicks both into and out of your profile page. If you are using the free listing, you can count outbound clicks by writing your weblink with a search code, such as https://www.yourcompany.com?source=BioeconomyConnect. If you have the Question Mark character and a source, you will be able to measure clicks coming to your website specifically from Bioeconomy Connect.
Q. What happens when I invest in a marketing program?
A. First, we will immediately contact you to begin adding your text links, banners, and profile text to our Bioeconomy Connect promotions that are sent to our Digest community of readers. Plus, we will begin reporting on click activity if your chosen marketing program includes that feature.

Q. If I have a promotional program and wish to cancel or modify, how do I do that?
A. You can cancel your monthly promotion program at any time, contact Ramon Marples (rmarples@nuu.media), and we will process your cancellation within one business day. You will be not be charged again for your promotions — but you will continue to receive your promotions through the end of the month that you cancel, and refunds are not pro-rated. You will be billed monthly for your promotional program, and any payments made for the current month will not be refunded. If you wish to modify or expand your program, contact Ramon Marples (rmarples@nuu.media), and we will process your modification within one business day.
