GMP is an owner-centric project execution firm comprised of hand-selected project professionals experienced in all aspects of capital project execution and focused on providing high-value support to our clients through proactive leadership in all phases of a project. We start with the end in mind, utilizing interactive planning sessions and our internal planning tools to establish realistic expectations and laying out a clear vision for the management and execution of the project. From this chaos we do the tough work to create strategies that allow for a win-win for our clients and GMP.

With GMP’s roots in the owner side of project development and execution, one differentiating element in our execution approach revolves around the establishment of an Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT). The strength of the IPMT concept comes from combining resources from the two organizations to lower cost, increase engagement and strengthen the partnership. We don’t have to have all the project scope or management team to make a profound impact for our clients.
